Taraxacum — non est simpliciter fastidiosus herba, quam destruit ideales hortos. Est vere thesaurus vitaminorum, qui ab aeternis temporibus ad usum alimentum pertinet. Nostri aviae eum in mel similem marmeladum coquebant, Franci folia nova in salata addunt, Coreani kimchi faciunt, Italiani flores in vinum convertunt. Anno 2026, in aetate passionis herbarum silvestrium et alimentatione salubri, Taraxacum renascentia experimentat. In his articulo narrabimus quam partem plantae edibilem est, ut eam parat, et cur Taraxacum non solum in hortorum litoribus, sed etiam in tuis mensis dignus est. Folia: verecundia herbacea pro salute Folia nova Taraxaci sunt delicatissimum luxus in cibus Mediteraneo. Continent vitamina A, C, K, ferrum, calcivm, kalivm, et quod importatur, inulinam — prebioticum, nutriendum microbiensem floram intestinalem. Gustus foliorum est amarus, similis rucolae vel chicorii. Ut amorem minuere, folia colliguntus ante florescentem (apride-mayo), dum sunt viride clara et tenera. Folia vetusta (cum magnis denticulis) sunt saporibus sibi, quae in aqua ferventi 2-3 minuta blanchari possunt. Usus: salata nova (cum ovo, bacon, allio, succo limonis); folia cocta sicut garnitura (cum allio, caroto, smetane); farcimina tortarum et omeletarum. In Italia folia Taraxaci (cicoria) cum oleo olivae et Parmesano servunt. Flores: sol in vaso Flora aurea Taraxaci — non solum pulchritudo, sed etiam materia pro cibus dulcis. Recipe notissimus est "mel Taraxaci". Flores (optime sine basi viridis) in syrupo saccharoso infunduntur, cum limone cocti, et obtinuntur massa aurantia, aromatica, simillima melle in consistentia et gusto (cum tono florali). Etiam ex floribus vinum faciunt (populari in Anglia et America): putrefactio cum saccharo, satis, cedro citri. Vinum fit levi, cum astringentia.
